Items can only be returned if they are in good condition, unworn and unused, in their original packaging, with all accessories and seals intact.

Discounted products can also be returned.

Customized or made-to-order items cannot be returned.

New Paris Londres will refund your purchase after receiving your return in perfect condition. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for your order. The return label fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
